One of our favourite poet’s reppin the spoken word and definitely on a mission to take it to new heights. George the Poet explores the phrase ‘YOLO’, what it means and how its used by young people as a way to excuse certain behaviours…we’ve all done it, right? We all know that life is short and its important to have fun but when does having fun turn into action without consequence – the answer is never.
What if we took this acronym and used it not to only explain the silly things we do in life but the attempt to do something amazing ,or just to make an impact in someones life no matter how big or small.
YOLO is a motto none of us can argue with or avoid, and it should reflect you reaching for the stars as well as doing things you may regret in the morning.. Life is about balance!
